We recently hired Plumb Trees to remove three trees from our front yard, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was extremely polite and respectful, both towards us and our property. They took great care to protect the surrounding vegetation and ensured that no mess was left behind. The removal was efficient, thanks to their chipper, and their pricing was very competitive. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed more sunlight in the backyard so the trees on the northern side required to be trimmed up, with some overhanging 2 other properties. I asked around from some friends for recommendations and 3 came back with Plum Trees and no others. Phoned Wayne who did a site visit and provided a quote shortly afterwards, I didn't even bother seeking other quotes. On the day, nothing short of professional, courteous, engaging with you as to how the job is going, nothing is an issue. Job done, Wayne's team cleaned up, with others usually we needed to do another clean but not this time. I highly recommend Plum Trees and will be a repeat customer. BTW: I judge tradies by how they and their vehicle present - nothing but neat, tidy and professional.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can highly recommend Wayne and his team. Efficient, courteous, competitively priced and easy to deal with. We've had them to our home twice and have been very happy with their work. Great work guys. Jo and RonPosted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just go to Plumb Trees first. Don't waste your time getting quotes from the others. Wayne and his team came first for price and first for service. They even tidied up my yard and paths of weeds and debris for no extra charge. It's like having a new back yard! They're a great bunch of guys and gals. When I had concerns that bad weather or a zombie apocalypse might delay the removal of the tree, they assured me that with all their sharp implements that zombies would be at bay for at least half a day, so that is added value . They're local to the inner west as well, so if supporting local business is important, keep that in mind. As a result, they're knowledgeable about how our local councils work, and make sure they tick all the boxes so that the process is trouble free. So, don't be dumb, go Plumb!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wayne and his team were fantastic. Professional and friendly. We would be very happy to recommend Plumb Trees to others as all aspects of their service were impressive: excellent communication, competitive pricing, timely service, on ground work carried out by a cheerful, very competent team. Very professional too-we liked the way Plumb Trees required us to produce evidence of council approval before scheduling our job.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Plumb trees came to remove a large jacaranda from my garden. Was overhanging a pool and glass pool fence so not an easy job. The team at Plumb made it look easy and the garden was pristine after they left. Cannot recommend them enough for any tricky tree job! Massive thanks to Wayne and his team.
